As you should have read in my previous sneak peek posts, I was trying to buy a house. After much frustration, three offers, price lowering, dealing with many banks, lots of discussion and planning, I think we are finally almost there. Today I found out that, while they did not accept our offer, they counter-offered us finally. And they only asked for very few small, easy changes. So we're going for it! Tomorrow I go to sign the counter offer paper, and once the papers are signed, we will be officially in contract on a house! I am so super excited! Hopefully as long as everything with signing papers go fine tomorrow, then we should own a house (fully paid off at the start with cash) in about 2-3 weeks! Then we will apply for a loan to make the repairs and we can move in! I'm so excited and happy! I cannot wait for tomorrow to be over and everything to be "official".
So now, here are some random facts about me. Enjoy and look for future Sneak Peek posts!
1. I am addicted to the internet. I spend probably 2-5 hours total everyday online between myspace, facebook, eden fantasys, blogger, two twitter accounts, two emails, business website, and all kinds of stuff.
2. I actually enjoy playing Halo games with my husband. Used to hate it, but now I like it. I've gotten better.
3. I love to organize. My desk is full of lots of labeled folders and envelopes. I even organize my freezer, my clothes in my dressers, my books, and pretty much everything.
4. I love to-do lists. I make one sometimes everyday, but recently I have been just making one for the whole week. Then at the end of the week, stuff I didn't get done, transfers to next weeks list, along with new stuff to-do.
5. I love the Scene It games. I have about 5 of them! They are so much fun and can be played over and over again!
