Well, as you saw in the first Sneak Peek into my life post, we put an offer on a house. This morning, I found out that there are FOUR other offers on the same house, and that on thursday afternoon, they will be picking the highest and best offer. The hubby and I will be upping our offer for sure, however we're still discussing the exact amount.
I am so completely stressed and upset right now. I don't want to offer too little and lose this house, because we NEED this house. I really really want this house. However, I don't want to go up too much on our offer and end up paying tons more than we really need to. This is an extremely difficult decision that is gonna affect us positively or negatively for a long time.
So please readers, if you pray and believe in god, please please pray that we can get this house. If you're not a church person, just wish me luck. I really need it. Lots of support and luck and prayers are GREATLY appreciated.

Do you plan on being there a long time or is it a starter house?
Based on the town and neighborhood, is it likely to appreciate in value?
If you are going to be there awhile and it appreciates in value, I wouldn't worry about paying a little more cuz you'll get it back later. Just don't offer more than you can afford..lol
I hope I don't sound like a know it all. Just offering my 2 cents and we both know how much 2 cents is worth now days. :)
